POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Technical Programs, the Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving both internal and external teams to deliver multiple complex projects and services simultaneously. This position is responsible for creating and executing against the project plan, proactively mitigating risks, and managing the life cycle from inception to production launch and post production support.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with business and customer stakeholders to define product objectives and requirements.
- Manage multiple complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, and test deployment management activities.
- Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
- Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute (as appropriate) standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new products and services, including: implementation plan, project schedule, project budget and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies.
- Partner and collaborate with internal and external partners to understand the goals, needs and challenges of projects assigned; identify and build trusting relationships.
- Learn the organization and develop an understanding of the people, processes and products that impact your projects.
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
- Facilitate daily standups, planning, review and retrospective meetings.
- Anticipate problems and complications, and formulate solutions that drive the value and progress of the project.
- Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution.
- Manage each release through the launch process.
- Accountable for on time product delivery, product quality, cost, and operations.
- Comply with all On Lok policies & procedures including but not limited to PACE, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
- Incorporate the On Lok Healthcare Hospitality G.R.E.A.T. Practices for 5-Star customer service.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Technical Program team to integrate projects as required.
- Provide leadership and best practice to the organization on standards of project management practice, including mentoring Project Coordinators and other team members with less experience in project management.
- All other reasonably related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (knowledge, skills, abilities)
- Bachelor's degree in technical field such as Business Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- 5-7 years' experience of project management in either Waterfall/Agile methodologies.
- Strong and pragmatic knowledge of agile approach and ability to apply it in specific circumstances.
- Computer proficiency including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Certifications (at least one Preferred): CSM, Agile Certifications.
- Lean Six Sigma belt preferred.
- Powerful problem-solving, detail orientation and critical thinking skills underlying all of your process decisions.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement of processes and organizations towards excellence.
- Demonstrated end to end project ownership, and ability to drive outcomes until full business value realized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside exceptional skill managing both technical and non-technical project team members.
- Experience communicating / presenting to senior and executive levels of the organization.
- Highly collaborative, with strong relationship- and change- management skills.
- Strong awareness of software development best practices and processes in order to understand the work engineers and program managers are undertaking and ensuring quality and deadlines are upheld.
- Healthcare and/or non-profit experience preferred.

Your final compensation offer will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and licenses/certifications. The pay range is expressed as an hourly rate regardless of FLSA status. Exempt positions are paid salaried and are not subject to overtime.
